Fill hip dips, add collagen, volume and lift the buttocks Instantly and permanently. This service can Only be done by a RN. This treatment must be pre booked 2 to 3 weeks prior to service date. Requirements for this service is must have transportation to and from facility being client cannot drive home. Client cannot sit or lay on butt or hips for 5 days. Client must return for 3 massages after treatment.**** MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR FINANCED ONY *** CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING!!! MUST CALL TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT. $800 DEPOSIT REQUIRED IF PAYING WITH CASH. A 3.5 % FEE IS CHARGED FOR ALL FINANCED PAYMENTS

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel 4 hours before scheduled appointment to avoid $25 cancellation fee. We will allow up to 2 cancellations in a month as a courtesy Any no call no show will be added a 25$ up charge to booking date or service. Groupon clients will be charged a 25$ additional fee if original appointment is canceled.
