Service Description
Each treatment is 30mins only. 5 mins deducted for application of teeth whitening. 25 minutes under LED light. Services must be used by 1 person. Can be purchased every 30 days for same price if booked in office only. Appointment required. No call no show will require a 25$ rebooking fee. No exceptions. Before & After pictures are required. (No face)
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel 4 hours before scheduled appointment to avoid $25 cancellation fee. We will allow up to 1 cancellation in as a courtesy. Any no call no show will be added a 35$ up charge to booking date or service. Groupon clients will be charged a 25$ additional fee if original appointment is canceled. No exceptions All credit card will be stored on file.
